Why the line may not be answered live
We are a small team and we are not in the United States during U.S. office hours, so nobody sits by the phone all day. The number takes a voicemail and we call back within one business day. We would rather put that in writing than advertise a phone desk that is not staffed. Email is the faster route.

They do different jobs, and sending a parcel to the wrong one creates a real problem, so both are below.

The Denver address is held through a registered agent. It is not a shop, a showroom or a warehouse, and nobody there can receive a return.
Answers to the Usual Questions
- Where is my order? Total delivery is 11 to 17 business days. The tracking number is in your dispatch email and the first scan can take 24 to 48 hours.
- I want to return something. Email us within 30 days of delivery and a prepaid label comes back to you.
- A courier wants a customs fee. Do not pay it. Duties are already covered; forward us the message.
- Can I cancel? Yes, within 24 hours of ordering if it has not shipped.
