Condition
The dress needs to come back unworn and unwashed, tags attached, in its original packaging, with anything that shipped alongside it. Items carrying perfume, make-up marks, smoke or pet hair cannot be resold and cannot be accepted.
Gift cards and final sale items are excluded.
How to Return
- Email support@ovarento.com inside 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item.
- Attach a photo if it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. That often resolves it without a return at all.
- We answer within 24 hours with a prepaid label and a reference.
- Repack the dress, apply the label and hand it to the carrier shown.
Wait for the label before posting anything. Unannounced parcels take much longer to match to an order.
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery so the carrier claim is still workable. We pay the return label, refund the original $7.95, and you pick a replacement or a full refund.
Reporting later does not cost you the 30-day window. It only weakens the claim against the carrier.

Exchanges and Cancellations
We exchange for another size or color when stock allows; say so in your email and we will arrange it, or refund you if the piece is gone. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not shipped.
Refunds
Money goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. We release the refund within 5 to 7 business days of the warehouse receiving and checking the return; your bank then needs a further 3 to 10 business days. We cannot shorten the bank's side.
If a return falls outside our conditions we contact you before deciding anything. Nothing is rejected quietly.
