Where Orders Come From

Our dresses are made and warehoused by our supplier in China and shipped from there directly to your address. Returns go to our facility in Columbus, Ohio.

Delivery Time

• Order cut-off: 6:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Friday.
• Processing and dispatch: 3–5 business days.
• Transit: 8–12 business days.
• Total estimate: 11–17 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Where We Deliver

The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States. P.O. Boxes are accepted and go by USPS.

Rates

• Subtotal under $60 (after discounts): $7.95.
• Subtotal $60 or more (after discounts): free.

No expedited option is offered.

Duties and Tracking

Import duties are included in the price; nothing is owed on delivery. A tracking number is emailed at dispatch; USPS or FedEx handle final delivery.
