Color on Screen

Screens render color differently and dye lots shift slightly between production runs. A dress can look a shade warmer or cooler in daylight than it did on your phone. A small difference is not a defect. If what arrives is plainly not the garment pictured, that is a wrong item and the Refund and Returns Policy covers it entirely.

Sizing

These garments are produced overseas and do not always follow U.S. sizing conventions. Where a product page lists measurements, they are taken flat and about an inch of variation either way is normal. Where it does not, email us before ordering and we will ask the supplier.

Care and Safety

Follow the care label. Machine washing something marked hand wash or dry clean will damage it, and that damage is not a manufacturing fault. Apparel sold in the United States falls under the general flammability standard at 16 CFR Part 1610; keep garments away from open flame and direct heat.
