Terms and Conditions

These terms cover ovarento.com and anything bought from it. The site is operated by SOLVIERA SKINCARE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States, registered office 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. "We", "us" and "ovarento" mean that company.

Placing an order means accepting these terms.

Who May Order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Delivery addresses must be within the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. We sell to individuals for personal use, not for resale.

When the Contract Starts

A product listing invites you to buy; it is not a legal offer. Your order is the offer. The confirmation email confirms receipt rather than acceptance. The contract forms when we dispatch, and until then we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Reasons to decline include stock running out, an incorrect price or description, payment that cannot be authorized, and reasonable suspicion of fraud or resale.

Prices and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is $7.95 or free from $60 after discounts. Import duties are included and no sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. The Payment Policy carries the detail and forms part of these terms.

Incorrect prices

An order placed at an obviously wrong price may be cancelled and refunded in full even after confirmation. We contact you first.

Delivery, Returns, Cancellation

Estimates, served regions and carriers sit in the Shipping Policy. The 30-day window, free labels and refund timings sit in the Refund and Returns Policy. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched. Both documents form part of these terms.

Product Descriptions

We describe items as accurately as our supplier's information allows. Screen color varies and measurements carry normal manufacturing tolerance, as the Disclaimer explains.

Customer Reviews

This site does not currently display customer reviews. If we add them, we will not write them, buy them, or offer anything in exchange for writing or changing one, and we will not suppress unfavorable ones, in line with the Federal Trade Commission rule on consumer reviews and testimonials.

Acceptable Use

Do not use this site to break the law, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or attempt access to systems or accounts you have no right to.

Intellectual Property

The ovarento name, the site design and our own text belong to us. Product photographs are supplied by our supplier. Copying site content for commercial use requires our written permission.

Copyright complaints

Email support@ovarento.com identifying the work, the URL of the material and your contact details, with a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act. Valid notices are acted upon and the material removed.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nothing affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state, and nothing limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.

Governing Law and Disputes

Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Write to support@ovarento.com first; nearly everything ends there. If it does not, you may bring a claim in the courts of the state where you live or in your local small claims court, and we will not argue that you have to sue us elsewhere. Nothing in this section affects your rights as a consumer.
