This page explains what personal information ovarento collects, why we hold it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do. The store is operated by SOLVIERA SKINCARE LLC, registered in Colorado, United States, registered office 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203.

We Do Not Sell or Share for Advertising

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law defines those terms. That has held for the whole preceding 12 months.

What Is Running on This Site

Shopify's own measurement is used to operate the storefront, hold your cart, secure checkout, detect fraud and produce basic traffic figures. We do not use advertising or analytics tools to sell your information or share it for targeted advertising.

If we add anything of that kind, this page is updated before it goes live and a cookie banner is added so advertising cookies can be refused.

Cookies

The cookies present are the ones the store needs: session, cart, checkout security and fraud detection. You can block or clear them in your browser, but checkout will not work properly without the necessary ones.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. As we neither sell nor share for advertising there is nothing for it to disable, but we treat it as a valid opt-out and respect it automatically.

Who Sees Your Information

Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf.
Our payment processor, which processes payments.
Our fulfillment supplier in China, which needs your name, address and order contents to pack and ship.
USPS and FedEx, which need the delivery address.
Our returns facility in Ohio, which receives return details.
Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to respond.

We do not pass personal information to data brokers or advertising networks.

Data Leaving the United States

To have your parcel packed and dispatched, your name, delivery address and order contents are sent to our supplier in China. The rest is processed by Shopify and our payment processor. Ordering means accepting that delivery data must cross a border for the order to exist.

Email Marketing

Marketing email goes only to subscribers. Every message has an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. We send no marketing texts and do not use your phone number for marketing.

California Rights

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you may ask what we hold and where it came from, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, but the request still stands. Exercising a right changes nothing about your price or service.

Colorado and Other States

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws hold broadly equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, plus opt-out of targeted advertising and profiling. We honor these requests whichever state you live in.

Appeals

If a request is refused we explain why. Reply with the word APPEAL and we review within 45 days. A failed appeal can be taken to your state Attorney General.

Making a Request

Email support@ovarento.com with PRIVACY in the subject line. We verify you by matching what you tell us against an order in our records; we will not ask for a government ID or for anything beyond what is needed to find the record. Requests are answered within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days for complex cases, at no cost.

Children

This store sells to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 and our products are not directed at children. Tell us at support@ovarento.com if you believe a child has given us information and it will be deleted.

Retention

Order records are held seven years for tax and accounting. Marketing subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Site activity data is kept up to 12 months. After that, information is deleted or anonymized.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption and payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. Access to order data is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will tell you promptly.
